Day 3
Sacred Space – Tirthakundas* bathing in a special space for structuring
your aura and cleansing your physical, mental, and spiritual body. Bathing
should be done for 7 days, morning and evening.
In India, there is a tradition according to which, before entering any sacred space,
a person wets their entire body to make it more receptive to the energies of the temple.
The Surya Kund space for men and Chandra Kund for women were created as
preparation before entering Dhyanalinga.
Since ancient times, mercury has been an important substance for various types of
spiritual alchemy throughout the world. In the tirthakundas, there are solidified mercury lingams, or rasalingas.
They are ellipsoidal in shape and consist of 99.8% pure mercury, solidified at room temperature.
According to the laws of modern chemistry, such solidification is impossible. According to the laws of modern chemistry, such solidification is impossible.
But here, the rasalingas solidified as a result of Sadhguru’s application of ancient Indian
alchemical science.
The tirthakundas are designed to prepare the body for visiting the Dhyanalinga, which are themselves
very powerful energy pools.
Immersion in their crystal clear waters eliminates the imbalance of all energies, which
contributes to the improvement of the physical and mental state of the body, creating incredible
receptivity to the energies of space and Dhyanalinga.
